Card application
The Research Director should apply for card issue on line on the R&D site of the government institution, and then request approval from the UIF Project Manager. (※ For IBK BC card, apply online and print related documents to request UIF seal)
UIF Project Manager approval (※ in case of IBK BC card, the sealed application is posted to the relevant card company by the project manager)
Card issue and receipt
The card is issued after a certain period (usually one week) and delivered to the UIF Card Manager.
After one week from application period, the Research Director may receive the card from the UIF Card Manager by showing his or her ID and stamp.
Connect card to relevant project
Upon receipt of the card, the Research Director should request the connection of the card to the relevant project from the UIF Project Manager.
Registration and use of card
After the card is connected to the relevant project, the Research Director must register the card by calling the Card Company using the ARS number indicated on the card.

Card application
After project registration is completed in the RMS, the Research Director can apply for a card online (http://hanarnd.yonsei.ac.kr)
